Demirel Consultancy tracks the day-to-day practice of consulates and visa application centres (VFS, iDATA, TLScontact) closely and prepares your file in the exact format that consulate expects this month.

A visa refusal doesn't just cancel a trip — it also affects every future visa your passport will receive. Reapplying straight after a refusal is usually the worst possible strategy. We prepare every application as if it were your first and last chance.

What we watch for in Schengen applications

Even though Schengen consulates share the Visa Code, every country interprets it differently. Germany expects a detailed cover letter and a day-by-day itinerary; Spain focuses on bank balances; the Netherlands wants the accommodation address to match the numbered address record exactly. We shape the file for the specific consulate from the very first page.

US interview preparation

For US B1/B2, F1 and J1 visas the consul interview is the real decider. We run a mock interview with our clients, work through likely questions ("why now?", "who is funding this?", "what are your ties back home?") and prepare you to walk in confidently. For previously refused files we rebuild the DS-160 from scratch.

Documents we prepare

• The consulate-specific online application (Schengen VAF, DS-160, UK online, IRCC portal)
• Appointment records (VFS, iDATA, TLScontact, BLS, CGI)
• Cover letter — intent, itinerary and return guarantees
• Hotel and flight reservations (refundable / optional)
• Bank statements (last 3-6 months), payslips, tax plate, SGK service record
• Employer no-objection letter and invitation letters (for business/trade fair applications)
• Admission letter and tuition receipts (for student applications)
• Travel health insurance (minimum EUR 30,000 for Schengen)
• Host invitation (for family visit applications)

Step by step

1. Free initial analysis. Your passport history, income and purpose are reviewed.
2. Strategy and country choice. Which Schengen member state to apply to; for the US, first-time or renewal.
3. Document preparation. We give you a single, clean document checklist and verify every item ourselves.
4. Appointment and submission. We book the VAC appointment and rehearse the document flow on the day.
5. Interview / review. Interview for US, UK and Canada; dossier review for Schengen.
6. Result and delivery. We receive your passport by courier on your behalf.

If you were refused

We analyse the refusal, identify what went wrong and strengthen the file for a new application. Schengen refusals under Article 32 — inability to prove travel purpose, insufficient funds, doubts about return intent — point directly to the weak document. Where appropriate, we pursue the remonstrance route with the same consulate.
