At Demirel Consultancy, our mission is to manage the legal journey of every foreign individual and institution who wishes to live, work, study, invest or reunite with family in Turkey — with a professionalism that is fully compliant with the regulations, transparent, human-centred and result-driven. To how many clients did we give a clear and honest answer during the first consultation? In how many files did we have to shift strategy, and what was the real reason for that shift? How many clients recommended us to others after their process? We continuously monitor these indicators, manage our team's performance transparently on the basis of this data and rapidly detect any deviation from our mission. A mission that is not measured starts to resemble a slogan over time — and we do not allow that. Our mission is a living commitment and is tested anew on every file.
